About Us
We offer mindful yoga experiences designed to improve flexibility, reduce stress, and promote total body wellness.
For a long time, I lived in the "Intention-Action Gap."
I was a student of the traditional self-change movement, devouring the works of Wayne Dyer and Tony Robbins, trying to "willpower" my way into a better life. I had the desire, but I lacked the mechanics.
Everything changed with a pivotal wake-up call in Las Vegas. It was the moment I realized that inspiration is a spark, but it isn’t a system.
In 2016, I became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Suddenly, the "why" behind my struggles became clear. It wasn’t that I lacked discipline; it was that I didn’t understand the A-B-C Framework of my own life.
I spent years helping others use Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to create meaningful change. But my real passion emerged when I began marrying that rigorous, data-driven science with personal agency. I stopped trying to "feel" better and started designing better.

Today, I’m the founder of Precision Press and the author of The Intentional Code. My research was fueled by quiet mornings watching dolphins on Tampa Bay, and currently, I’m exploring new perspectives while traveling through Europe and Asia.
I don’t believe in luck, and I don’t believe in settling for a life of chance. I believe in the Intentional Code. I’m here to help you build your own Code—not through empty motivation, but through the elegant, proven science of behavior.

Begin with simple poses and gradually increase intensity as your body adjusts. It’s important to listen to your body and progress at your own pace.
A yoga mat is essential, and props like blocks and straps can help enhance your practice. Comfortable clothing is also important to allow for full movement.
It's best to wait at least 1-2 hours after eating before practicing yoga. This helps prevent discomfort during your poses.
Feeling stuck is natural. Consider exploring different types of classes, consulting with a yoga instructor, or incorporating mindfulness practices to deepen your experience.
Yoga focuses on physical postures and breath control to enhance overall well-being, while meditation is primarily a mental practice that fosters mindfulness, relaxation, and clarity.
A consistent yoga practice improves flexibility, strengthens the body, reduces stress, enhances mental clarity, and promotes overall well-being, both physically and emotionally.
